Circuit Diagram

The LM35 sensor is connected to the Arduino, providing an analog output that corresponds to the temperature, which can be read and processed by the Arduino.

Steps for the Experiment

  1. Connect the LM35 temperature sensor to the Arduino.
  2. Use the analog input pins of the Arduino to read the voltage output from the LM35.
  3. Upload a program to the Arduino to convert the voltage reading into temperature in degrees Celsius.

Explanation

The LM35 sensor outputs a voltage that increases by 10mV per degree Celsius, which can be measured by the Arduino and converted into a temperature reading.
